In 2017, Select Staff began meeting the needs of clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth region by opening an office in Arlington. Using the same methods that had been developed and perfected by the organization for more than 30 years, our Arlington branch quickly started assisting companies in finding the people they needed to remain competitive. And, at the same time, they were able to place people in jobs that are helping them to move their careers forward.

Our extensive database makes the process seamless
We are continually searching for and talking to qualified individuals, so when a client calls to fill an open position, that candidate may already be in our database. Our recruiting methods are broad-reaching and can discover individuals who are both qualified and enthusiastic.
Once we find the right person, we make the application process easy. Our technology allows applicants to start the application online before talking to one of our recruiters. We then take the time to thoroughly screen the applicants using face-to-face interviews, background and drug screens, skill evaluations and more.
During the recruiting and placement process — and beyond — we stay in touch with our client companies and our employees. Because we keep them informed, they are never left to wonder how things are going.
