Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete the application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills. You will be contacted, and we will review your skills and experience to determine which positions match your credentials.
As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services Select Staff provides. Select Staff never charges a fee to apply for a position.
You can apply directly to jobs online.
It is quick. Apply online and you will be contacted. A staffing manager will review your preferences, skills and experience. You’ll be invited for a face-to-face interview. If it is a good fit, then you will complete the hiring documents and orientation.
Not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position we offer, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
We realize not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.
You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the Select Staff office.
Our positions will be posted on our website and updated regularly, so check our job board frequently. We ask that you keep us informed if your availability or interests change, or you gain any additional experience, certifications or education and we will update your profile.
