Located in the heart of the DFW industrial corridor, and serving Irving, Grand Prairie, Hurst, Euless, Bedford and the surrounding areas, the Irving Team is focused on serving customers and employees with openness and honesty.

It all starts with a conversation! Before we ever place an employee at a customer location – we make sure that we understand the customer’s wants and needs. Part of this process is a facility tour. We walk through the customer’s facility to see exactly where our employees will be working and what they will be doing. We also ask questions, a lot of them, until we understand the customer’s challenges. Do they struggle with turnover? Finding employees who can meet their productivity standards? Getting employees up to speed? We find that when we understand – we can help.

We also have a quality conversation with prospective employees. While we do have an online application that gets the ball rolling, it’s our face-to-face interview that enables us to really help. Just as we do with our customers, we ask a lot of questions. We want to know what the candidate has done in the past and what they want to do in the future. Do they want to change careers? Do they need flexibility? Are they looking for full-time work?

The conversation doesn’t stop when we match an employee to a client company. We use a series of calls to both the company and the employee to make sure that everything is going smoothly. We check to make sure the employee is satisfied with the assignment and understands the client company’s expectations, and we check with the client company to make sure they are satisfied with the employee. If there is any problem – big or small – we jump in to resolve it.
