Select Staff leverages a six-step screening and hiring process before placing an employee on assignment. This proven process ensures we provide candidates who fit in, make contributions on day one, complete their assignments and provide value.
Once you extend a conditional job offer to a Select Staff supplemental employee, they complete a detailed orientation program so they fully understand expectations. That program can be tailored to address your needs and priorities, so employees are ready to jump in on their first day.
